Ekam Leasing and Finance Co. Ltd has scheduled an extraordinary general meeting on July 24, 2026, to seek shareholder approval for a scheme of amalgamation with its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Rex Overseas Private Limited and S & S Balajee Mercantile Private Limited. The meeting will be conducted through video conferencing.
