NEW DELHI, Dec 18: The Enforcement Directorate (ED), in a charge sheet filed against Dubai-based international drug smuggler Jasmeet Singh Hakimzada, has uncovered an alleged narco-terror network involved in trafficking heroin and channelling its proceeds to fund the banned terrorist organisation, the Khalistan Liberation Force (KLF).
