Dr Yvan J-F. Hutin, with over three decades in global health, has taken charge as the WHO Representative to India. Prior to this, he led the Antimicrobial Resistance Department at WHO, focusing on combating AMR globally. He has also worked across Africa, Europe, and Asia.
