DJ Mediaprint & Logistics Limited announced the scheduling of its Seventeenth Annual General Meeting for July 13, 2026, via Video Conferencing. The Board had previously recommended a final dividend of Re 0.15 per equity share for FY26, subject to shareholder approval, with July 6, 2026, set as the record date. The Board also recommended the re-appointment of Mr. Devadas Alva as a Non-Executive Director and appointed M/s JSK & Co. as Internal Auditors for FY27.
