Excelsior Sports Correspondent JAMMU, Sept 20: The Inter-District Division Level Under-19 Boys Football Tournament, organized by the Department of Youth Services and Sports, concluded, here today Khel Gaon, Nagrota, with district Jammu clinching the Championship title by defeating District Poonch BY 3-1 in the final match.
