Excelsior Sports Correspondent SRINAGAR, May 23: Different delegations called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today at Lok Bhawan, Srinagar. A delegation of Deaf Cricket Association J&K led by Umar Ashraf Beigh apprised the LG of issues related to promotion of deaf cricket.
