Excelsior Sports Correspondent JAMMU, Oct 30: The Inter-Collegiate Men and Women Badminton Tournament, organized by Cluster University of Jammu and hosted by Government MAM College at Police Lines Indoor Badminton Hall, witnessed spirited competition among constituent colleges.
