Excelsior Correspondent LEH, March 24 : Chief Secretary, UT Ladakh, Ashish Kundra, today chaired a meeting of the UT-Level Steering Committee to review the implementation of the Modernization of Command Area Development and Water Management (M-CADWM) scheme in the Union Territory.
