Excelsior Sports Correspondent Rajouri, Oct 1: The Late Harvinder Singh Rawat Memorial Cricket Tournament kicked off with enthusiasm in Thannamandi. Colonel Rohit Bharat, Commanding Officer, 61 RR, inaugurated the event, with Dr. Farooq Ahmed, Principal, GDC Thannamandi, as guest of honour.
