Clean Science promoter group to transfer 9.5% stake via gift

AAB Business Trust will acquire 1,01,00,000 shares (9.50%) of Clean Science and Technology Limited from Mrs. Asha Ashok Boob via gift on or after June 6, 2026. The inter-se transfer is exempt from open offer regulations under SEBI SAST, maintaining the promoter group's aggregate holding.
