Patna: Ahead of the Chhath festival, the Indian Railways has made several elaborate arrangements for the smooth arrival and departure of passengers, ensuring their safety. ECR General Manager Chhatrasal Singh on Wednesday stated that the Railway Ministry is running a total of 12,000 Chhath special trains for the convenience of passengers. The number of Chhath special trains has been increased from 7,500 to 12,000 this year. A large number of people are expected to visit Bihar in the coming days to celebrate Chhath.
