Capital Small Finance Bank Limited's board of directors approved the appointment of M/s GSA & Associates LLP as statutory auditors for FY 2026-27 to FY 2028-29 on April 29, 2026. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 27th Annual General Meeting, with RBI approval already obtained.
