BOS, JRG Automotive Form JV to Make Advanced Shading, Cargo Management Systems in India

Germany’s BOS GmbH & Co. KG and India’s JRG Automotive have formed BOS-JRG Automotive Systems Pvt. Ltd. to manufacture advanced automotive shading and cargo management systems in Bawal, Haryana. With over $1 million initial investment, 60:40 equity split and series production planned for December 2026, the JV targets more than $15 million revenue in five years through localisation and technology transfer for leading passenger vehicle OEMs in India.
