The BMC’s T ward on Saturday began demolition of unauthorised structures at the Priyadarshini Indira Gandhi Sports Complex in Mulund after irregularities were detected during an inspection by Mayor Ritu Tawde. Authorities removed temporary sheds, illegal turf-related structures, fibre-sheet extensions and unauthorised flex installations across the sports complex.
