Activist-educationist Sonam Wangchuk's hunger strike enters its 17th day on Tuesday. Amid deteriorating health, several eminent personalities, including MP Mahua Moitra, author Arundhati Roy, and actor Naseeruddin Shah, have requested Wangchuk to end his indefinite fast, who is demanding the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
