Bajaj Finserv Limited will conduct its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, 31 July 2026, at 12:15 p.m. IST through video conferencing. The Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of ₹1.50 per equity share, representing 150% of the face value of ₹1 each. If declared at the AGM, the dividend will be credited on or about Tuesday, 4 August 2026, to members holding shares as on Tuesday, 30 June 2026.
