Bajaj Finance Limited has informed the stock exchanges that Shri Rajiv Bajaj, Non-Executive Director (DIN: 00018262), will not offer himself for re-election at the upcoming annual general meeting. Consequently, he will cease to be a Non-Executive Director of the company at the AGM scheduled on Thursday, 30 July 2026, at the close of business hours. The Board of Directors, in a meeting held on 29 April 2026, acknowledged this development and placed on record its sincere appreciation for Shri Rajiv Bajaj's valuable service and contribution during his long association with the company. The disclosure was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
