The State Comprehensive Health and Integrated Services Agency (Sachis) in Uttar Pradesh fined 200 hospitals for not following the rules. The health agency has also imparted training to handle the technical issues and complaint mechanism to 800 NABH-accredited hospitals to make the scheme more effective in the state
