Awfis Space Solutions Ltd has appointed Abhishek Poddar as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term starting July 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. The Board approved the appointment on June 29, 2026, under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015. Poddar, aged 59, brings extensive experience in finance and general management as the Managing Director of M B Group.
