Avantel Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Peddi Bala Bhaskar Rao as Director (Operations) for a three-year term starting July 11, 2026. The Board re-appointed Mr. Abburi Siddhartha Sagar as Executive Director (Strategy & Business Development) for five years from March 8, 2027, and Mr. Vyasabhattu Ramchander as Independent Director for a second term from May 6, 2027. Consequently, the Board reconstituted its Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship Committees with immediate effect.
