Archean Chemical Industries reported a standalone net profit of Rs 15,437.29 lakh and consolidated net profit of Rs 10,540.80 lakh for FY26, with standalone revenue from operations at Rs 1,04,153.98 lakh. The board declared a final dividend of Rs 2.50 per equity share and re-appointed auditors and Independent Directors.
