Excelsior Sports Correspondent RAMBAN, Sept 17: The grand finale of the Sangaldan T20 Cricket Tournament was held at Sports Stadium Sangaldan with National Conference leader and MLA Banihal Sajjad Shaheen attending as the chief guest. He was joined by DDC Chairperson Ramban, Dr. Shamshada Shan and other local party leaders.
