Sohan Lal Commodity Management (SLCM), a technology-driven agri-warehousing and logistics company, has filed preliminary papers with SEBI through the confidential pre-filing route for a proposed mainboard IPO. Incorporated in 2009, SLCM provides scientific storage, fumigation, testing, certification, and funding services for over 1,300 agricultural commodities across India and Myanmar.
