Advait Energy unit signs 150 MW BESS agreement with GUVNL

Advait Energy Transitions Limited's subsidiary has entered into a 12-year Battery Energy Storage Purchase Agreement with GUVNL for a 150 MW/300 MWh project in Gujarat. The deal, signed on June 1, 2026, follows a tariff-based competitive bidding process under Phase-VIII supported by Viability Gap Funding. The subsidiary will develop, own, and operate the standalone BESS project near the Bhesan sub-station.
