AccelerateBS India Limited has fixed July 28, 2026, as the date for its fourth Annual General Meeting to be held via video conferencing. The Board recommended a final dividend of INR 0.10 per share for FY26, payable to shareholders on the record date of July 20, 2026. The meeting will also address the adoption of financial statements and the re-appointment of Ms. Ishani Kunal Shah.
