Unicommerce revenue jumps 75% to Rs 51 crore, profit hits Rs 6 crore

On March 21, Unicommere completed its acquisition of the 57.24% stake in Shipway Technology it did not own, making it a wholly owned subsidiary. It had previously acquired 42.76% stake in Shipway in December 2024, for Rs 68 crore.
